Fire Resistant Aluminum Composite Panel
Our fire resistant aluminum composite panel is a panel compounded with top and bottom layers of aluminum sheet, inorganic compound flame retardant and nanometer fire-resistant core materials. Both surfaces are coated with special baking varnish. This type of aluminum composite panel can be used as an exterior aluminium composite panel, interior aluminium composite panel, bathroom wall panel, and kitchen wall panel etc.

Characteristics of Fire Resistant Aluminum Composite Panel
1. Outstanding Fire Resistance
The oxygen index of core materials reaches more than 44. Having been tested by Intertek, ALUTILE fire resistant aluminum composite panel meets the class A requirement as per ASTM Standard and class 0 requirement as per BS standard.
2. Superior Fabrication
ALUTILE fire resistant panel can be processed the same as normal aluminium composite panels or remain 2-3mm thick core material. The processing operations such as cutting, planning, bending and several configurations in right angle can be done by some simple woodworking tools, enabling the designers to be more flexible in their applications. Besides, the panel is also easy and fast to install.
3. Coating Evenness, Multiple Colors
Due to the adoption of chemosynthesis treatment and Henkel technology, the adhesion between the paint and panel becomes evener. Various colors are available for you to choose from.
4. Perfect Low Temperature Resistance
The core layer in normal aluminium plastic panel is made from polyethylene, which starts to be brittle at -60℃. However, the brittle point of the core material in fire resistant panel reaches -100℃, making the panel suitable for use in frigid areas.
5. High Peeling Strength
The core layer is made from nanometer high efficient flame retardant melted with high molecular binding materials, resulting in super peeling strength. According to GB/T2790, the test result is 35kg/25.4mm, which excels normal aluminium plastic composite panel by 10%. The peeling strength can be still maintained when the fire resistant panel is put in the following conditions i.e. Temperature from -50℃ to 80℃ and circling 20 times.
6. Impact Resistance
Due to its strong toughness and impact resistance, the aluminum composite panel can withstand strong winds.
