Production Lines

Hongtai Industry Group Company is in possession of six high-speed digital control punching lines, a core layer production line for aluminum composite panel, a chemosynthesis line, a two-coil coating and double baking line for metal roll material (1600mm width), a precision coating line (1350mm width), and a continuous thermal compound line (1350mm width).

The Chemosynthesis Line
Clean off the lubricating oil and anti-oxidative oil adhered to the surface and other impurities such as silicon, magnesium, iron and copper settled on the surface of rolled material. We use qualified chemical and advanced technology from Henkel Co., Germany to do the surface treatment. Form a high density conversion coating on the material surface, thus helping make paint and metal rolls firmly adhere to each other. Therefore, it has very strong adhesive force.

The Precision Coating Line
This line is particular for coating aluminum rolls under a sealed and dustless condition by using an advanced high-precision multiple-roller converse-coating equipment. Consequently, the thickness of coating and its appearance could be controlled properly and strictly. Furthermore, the coating could achieve its best condition in all aspects like strengths and abilities etc.


The Core Panel Production Line for Metal Composite Panel
The line is equipped with the computerized temperature and speed control system, which is provided with changeable and adjustable frequency speed in vector grade. Hence, the line could produce the core-layer materials like high quality PE for normal ACP or fire-resistant ACP. Its annual outputs could reach more than 8000 tons.

The High-speed, Digital Control Punching Line
Our high-speed punching machine with digital control is technically advanced in China, featuring super width and precision up to 0.01mm. The machine is used for the special structure punching in core layer of the metal composite decorative panel and for processing metal ceiling. After punching, the dusts and impurities adhered to the surface of the material are cleaned off, such as lubricating oil, anti-oxidative oil, silicon, magnesium, iron, copper etc. As a result, the composite property can be increased, obtaining the best result.


The Continuous Thermal Composite Line
This line could make the three layers of the panel (two skin layers and one core layer) adhere to each other firmly under the help of high-performance molecular binding film through a continuously heating process. The finished panel is smooth and even on surface. Also, relying on this line, we could produce the composite panel with super peeling strength.
